I am a 5'3", 135 lb African American female wife, mom and radio personality. I am excited to be alive and I get high being around people. I treat people the way I want to be treated and I love everyone w/the love of JESUS.
My Family means a lot to me, they are the winds beneath my wings.

PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY OF
LENA LOVE

Lena Love’s career has always been rooted in the creative arts. It began at Hyde Park Career Academy High School on Chicago’s south side where she studied broadcasting. She continued this love at Kennedy King College, also in Chicago. Upon joining Salem Baptist Church of Chicago in 1989, and greatly serving, she ministered as an Audio Technician for the church’s radio broadcast.

Lena, ever searching, developed a passion for the camera and sought training as a camera operator. Soon she was assisting on television telecasts, working as a camera operator and performing other important production duties, such as applying screen text to telecasts.

Lena and her family relocated to Las Vegas in 1995. She continued her love of the camera arts at a local video production company, while also assisting with audio and video assignments at Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church. She then went on to the Christian Embassy Worship Center as Audio Tech.

In April 2000 Lena Love signed on with KCEP-FM, 88.1, the city’s only radio station serving the African-American community. She has worked as an on-air personality since that time, while also hosting many live remote broadcast events for the station.

Adding additional layers of creativity to her répertoire, Lena is also a licenced cosmetologist. The Lenz Talent Agency represents her for print modeling and television work and she is signed with Studio Center Las Vegas, available for local, regional and national voice-over assignments.

Lena’s zeal for the arts and dance can be traced back to her childhood, where she realized and fully embraced in a creative way, all the expression stepping offers.

Lena encourages all people of color to learn to step and join the stepping community. Plus, she says, "it’s a great grown & sexy social lifestyle!"
