• Respect the content and intended audience of the online areas you visit. Many services and communities carry additional standards. Do not impersonate any person, business or other entity. Doing so in an attempt to deceive, harass, or otherwise mislead another member is forbidden. You may not pretend to be an employee or representative of INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM, or any of the INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM family of companies or affiliates.

As stated in the INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM Terms & Conditions, we prohibit unauthorized use of the INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM network, including distribution of unsolicited commercial or bulk communications, and any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment. We will take any and all legal and technical remedies to prevent such abuse.

• When participating in other Internet products -- including INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM branded services such as Instepcommunity.com and INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM Instant Messenger, you are subject to those standards, which may be different from INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM’s Community Guidelines.

• There are other sites on the Internet, but standards and norms vary broadly. INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM cannot remove or otherwise take action with respect to the content and conduct you may encounter. You should review the policies for each Web site you visit.

• INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't post it on INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM.  Also, be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation. • Do not post video’s displaying folk inflicting harm on themselves or others, including but not limited to animal abuse, drug abuse, or bomb making, etc.

• Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.

• INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM is not a shock site. Do not post gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies and similar things.

• Respect copyrights. Only upload videos that you made or that you are authorized to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't make, or use content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without the necessary authorizations.

• There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM.

• You (or others using your account) may not publish post, transmit, promote, or distribute material (including software, photos, sounds and written material) that is illegal or incites illegal activity, or use the INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM network to conduct illegal activities. We will terminate accounts, report and cooperate with law enforcement on such matters.

• In addition to providing you with an easy way to report suspected illegal activity online through Report This User, we and our partners reserve the right to monitor public areas such as chat rooms and message boards

 Everyone hates spam. Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages

INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM has zero tolerance for illegal activity on the service. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the law. Please take these rules seriously. Don't try to look for loopholes or try to lawyer your way around them—just understand them and try to respect the purpose in which they were created. Violations may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your account We decide whether we believe your violation should result in termination of your account.

 If your account has been terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for another account!

We do not pre-screen member-generated content generally, but we reserve the right to remove content that does not comport with the Community Guidelines. If you encounter content or communications that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to utilize the tools and resources outlined in this document.

Whether it's a flame war, cyber-bullying, or people being mean, comments can get pretty rough sometimes. When you post a video you can choose whether you want to let people comment on your videos, photos and/or your profile at all. If someone leaves a comment on your page that is mean or bothers you, you can always delete the comment or block the users or guests.

INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM will have thousands of viewers every day and just like in the real world most people are good, but there are those who are not. So please take care to protect yourself and your fellow users by keeping personal videos private, your identity a secret, your comments clean, and by using the flagging system to report abuse to the INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM team

You may not like everything you see. Some of the content here may offend you—if you find that it violates our Terms of Use, then click "Flag as Inappropriate" under the video you're watching to submit it for review by INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM staff. If it doesn't, then consider just clicking on something else and rerouting your interest to something that is more appealing.  We will review all videos flagged as inappropriate.

INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM doesn't allow videos with nudity, graphic violence or hate. If you find that it violates our Terms of Use, then click "Report" under the video you're watching to submit it.  When a video gets flagged as inappropriate, we review the video to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use—flagged videos are not automatically taken down by the system. If we remove your video after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully, and you should take our warning notification seriously. Take a deep breath and read our Terms & Conditions, and try to see it from our perspective. If you find other videos on INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM with the same violations, please flag them and we will review them as well.

Some Things Are Better Left Private.

Posting videos of yourself, your friends, or your family can be fun and exciting. You never know who will find it—it may be featured on the front page, or wind up on the top of the Most Viewed! If your video is personal, consider marking it private so that only your friends and those you share it with can view it.

Protect Your Secret Identity!

If you do post public videos, make sure there isn't anything in them that could help a stranger figure out who you are or where you live. Personal information like your telephone number or home address should NEVER be shared with other users. Watch out for things like license plate numbers on cars or images of the outside of your home which might accidentally appear in the background of a video and help a stranger to track you down.

Remember, INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM employees will never ask you for your password, email address, or other account information. Do not be fooled if someone contacts you pretending to be from INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM!

Please also note that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents themselves by engaging in this type of activity is infringing and may be subject to liability.

INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM relies on its community members – you – to help maintain community standards. We strongly encourage you to use the tools and resources we provide to help ensure you and anyone using your account have the best possible online experience.

INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM's suite of tools can help you manage your interactions with others online, protect your account and your computer. These tools include: Mail Controls to block unwanted e-mails and also settings to block unwanted communication from other members.

If you encounter member-generated content you find objectionable and the tools are not sufficient to address the member whom you believe is violating the Community Guidelines, you can alert INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM via the INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM link Contact Us . INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM will review your report. If a member violates the Community Guidelines, INSTEPCOMMUNITY.COM will issue but not limited to written warnings and should the violation(s) be serious enough to suspend or terminate an account. Similarly, if someone reports you to us, believing your content or conduct has violated the Community Guidelines; we will investigate and may take action on your account.
